Sensors and Processdata

To create transparency throughout the production process our shape moulding machines can be equipped with various sensors:

• up to 8 temperature sensors 0 to 180°C (32 to 356°F)
• up to 4 foam pressure sensors -1 to 5 bar
• pressure sensors for steam chamber and pressure filling systems -1 to 5 bar or 0 to 6 bar

During production the machine always logs the last few cycles. The visualization can be activated anytime:
